“The National Center for Police Defense is pleased by the Department of Justice’s consideration to drop the bogus case against former Maricopa County Sheriff, Joe Arpaio. The Board of Directors of NCPD are thankful that the prosecutors are honoring President Trump’s pardon as well as the 40,000 petitions NCPD delivered to The Department of Justice in June demanding that the charges be dropped. Joe Arpaio has been vindicated after devoting 56 years to upholding the law and defending the Constitution of the United States, as recognized by President Trump and by DOJ.”
