National Center for Police Defense, Inc. is pleased to announce that Elena Hermanson has accepted the position of Director of Operations. Ms. Hermanson will officially start this new full-time position on September 1, 2024.
In her new role, Elena will oversee all operational aspects, working closely with the leadership and Board of Directors of National Center for Police Defense to align our operations with our strategic goals. Her leadership will be crucial as we continue to expand our impact and innovate within the professional development and coaching sectors. Ms. Hermanson has been working with us since 2018, and we are excited to bring her on as an even more vital member of our leadership team.
